Cooking Courses
Our non residential cookery courses will provide you with a full day hands on experience; you will receive a CD-Rom with the recipes and photos of your day in addition to your very own Carrick’s Cookery School apron.
The course starts at 9:30am with a coffee and pastry as we look through the course content. We aim to start cooking and preparing at 10am running to approximately 4pm with a short break for lunch.
Option A
Starting at 9.30am over a coffee where we will take a look at the course content we aim to finish at approx 4.30pm.
The food prepared throughout the day is yours to take home and enjoy at your leisure
Price: £70 per head. This includes all ingredients, CD Rom with recipes / photos and you own cookery school apron
Option B
On this cookery course you will learn to devise, plan and cook a 4 course dinner menu.
Starting at 12noon we will take a look at the course content, cook throughout the afternoon and aim to have our dinner menu prepared for approx 5pm where you will have the chance to take a break.
Returning a short while later you will then complete your cooking and serve up to your chosen guest.
