Cookery Courses at Carricks

Our non residential cookery courses will provide you with the full day hands on experience; you will receive a CD Rom with the recipes and photos of your day in addition to your very own Carrick's Farm Cookery School apron

The courses start at 9.30am with a coffee and pastry as we look through the course content. We aim to start cooking and preparing at lOam running through to approx 4pm with a short break for lunch

Basic cookery (Next course: - 11th September 2010)

Learn how to prepare and cook 5 new dishes to add to you cooking repertoire. All you need for a full weeks worth of cooking.

Poultry cookery (Next course: - 18th September 2010)

Learn to prepare a variety of poultry, game or fish dishes

Fish and shellfish (Next course: - 25th September 2010)

Learn to prepare and cook a variety of wet fish and shellfish dishes

All our courses are £140 inclusive of CD Rom and Apron
